Aldata Solutions Inc. of Marlborough is downsizing its operations and has subleased its former office space to Rovisys Co.
Aldata Solutions formerly leased 5,489 square feet of space at 377 Simarano Dr. in Marlborough. But, the company recently moved to a 1,908 square-foot facility at 5 Mount Royal Ave., also in Marlborough.
As part of the move, Aldata has subleased its Simarano Drive space to Rovisys.
The transaction was executed by Greater Boston Commercial Properties of Marlborough. Ken Shaffer of The Shaffer Co. in Acton represented Rovisys in the deal.
Rovisys is a control system integration company; Aldata is a business consultancy.
