Marlborough enterprise IT company OneShield, Inc. named Ken Shapiro as its new chief revenue officer. Shapiro replaces Liza Smith, who is retiring.
Shapiro last served as global vice president at California-based Guidewire Software, according to his LinkedIn page.
"OneShield has been a strong competitor with a solid reputation in the core systems market," Shapiro said in a Tuesday press release from OneShield. "With the investments made in the business over the last few years, OneShield has accelerated technology innovation, expanded their delivery capabilities, and added several new customer logos readying the company for heightened growth. I'm eager to help lead that effort as part of OneShield's leadership team."
Smith is retiring after 12 years with OneShield. She will focus on a new personal business venture, according to the release.
“Although I won't be working in the day-to-day operations, I'm excited to shift into an advisory role helping to support the continued success of OneShield,” Smith said.
