A nearly 98,000-square-foot industrial complex in Marlborough sold for $8 million in a sale closed Friday, according to the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds.
The property includes a 60,000-square-foot building, 22,600-square-foot building, and a 15,400-square foot building, all located on 12.8 acres of land, according to a post on the website of The Stubblebine Co., the Lexington-based firm which brokered the deal.
The property was sold by a limited liability company registered to the Marlborough address of LeaMar Industries. LeaMar is a family-owned manufacturer and distributor of stone, porcelain, and quartz, according to its website.
The buyer in Friday’s sale was Patriot Property Management, a rental agency based in Las Vegas.
The property is located on 894-896 Boston Post Road, across the highway from the Marlborough location of manufacturer Raytheon Co. It is assessed by the City of Marlborough at $3.88 million.
