Marlborough industrial building sells for $13.5M, doubling previous sale price

An 80,000-square-foot industrial building in Marlborough sold for $13.5 million to a Connecticut company, Marlborough Royce LLC.

The sale of 50 D’Angelo Drive was completed on March 28, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds. 

The seller was LPCH D’Angelo, L.P. and Lo D’Angelo GP, Inc., both affiliates of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. which has a Boston office. It last purchased the property in 2018 for $7.2 million. 

Marlborough Royce LLC is based in Woodbury, Connecticut, and is registered to Jessica and Mary Giguere, according to the corporation’s filing with the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth.

The City of Marlborough assesses the D’Angelo Drive property at just under $8 million.
