Marlborough Hospital has hired Ellen C. Carlucci as director of development.
Before starting the new job, Carlucci worked for the American Heart Association, managing large fundraisers like the Central Massachusetts Heart Ball and Heart Walk. Before that, she worked in health care and corporate wellness and fundraising for 15 years.
She lives in Northborough.
