Diamond Machining Technology of Marlborough is one of three winners of the Associated Industries of Massachusetts' 17th annual global trade awards.
Diamond Machining, which distributes sharpening tools in 30 countries for hardware, woodworking, gardening and other markets, won AIM's Diplomat's Award. Its export sales have increased 65 percent over the past two years as it introduced new products and entered the Russian and Eastern European markets, AIM said.
The awards demonstrate the ability of Massachusetts companies to compete in international markets.
The other winners are Dassault Systemes North America of Waltham, which won the Chairman's Award, and Immunetics Inc. of Boston, which won the Ambassador's Award. The winners will be honored at AIM's annual meeting on Friday, May 11 at the Waltham Westin Hotel.
