Marlborough firm lands 3 multi-year leases in MetroWest
Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. of Marlborough has announced three new commercial office lease deals in Westborough and Framingham, totaling more than 11,000 square feet.
Hiperos LLC, a computer software company specializing in third-party management, signed a two-year lease on a 2,704 square-foot property at 176 East Main St. in Westborough. The office condominium building is located at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 30.
A second Westborough deal brought Stellar Apparel to a 778-square-foot space at 57 East Main St., a three-year deal.
Framingham startup signs 1.5-year lease
Meanwhile, Disruptor Beam, a start-up computer game programmer, leased 2,523 square feet at 161 Worcester Road in Framingham for a period of a year-and-a-half.
Benjamin Gatti brokered the leases on behalf of Greater Boston Commercial Properties. Lease prices were not disclosed.
