Concord’s Bentley Building Corp. has purchased a 7.4 acre piece of land in Acton for $1.72 million, according to O’Brien Commercial Real Estate Properties Inc. of Marlborough, which represented the seller in the deal.
According to O’Brien, Bentley plans to build 26 detached units on the property.
The site currently houses a 6,000-square-foot office building that serves as the headquarters for Stamski and McNary Inc., an engineering firm. After receiving multiple bids, the land was sold to Bentley Building, which was represented by Keller Williams Real Estate.
