Proforma Marcom Solutions, a marketing and brand management company based in Marlborough, has announced a merger with a similar firm, Eastern Advertising Novelty (EAN), based in Springfield.
The merger will allow EAN, located in the Indian Orchard section of Springfield, to expand its marketing to include multimedia services, ecommerce websites, commercial printing and mobile marketing, Proforma announced in a statement.
“Our focus is on providing the best marketing solutions for our customers. Eastern Advertising Novelty merging with Proforma will further our mission by equipping us to deliver additional resources and new levels of services that will help our clients achieve their business goals,” Stephen Dinoia, owner of Eastern Advertising Novelty, said in a statement. “This is a win-win for both our team and our customers.”
The core team will remain on staff at EAN, according to the release. Proforma serves approximately 60,000 clients through more than 750 member offices across the globe, backed by more than 130 employees located at a support center in Cleveland.
