United Solutions Inc., a Marlborough firm that provides technology products for the construction industry, has hired Walter MacDougall to help companies adopt construction-specific software.
MacDougall has worked in construction software for 10 years. His experience includes work with the Quest Solutions estimating program and Management and Associated Services Inc.
Before entering the construction industry, he worked as assistant equipment manager for the Boston Red Sox.
MacDougall will be selling Sage Timberline Estimating Software and Viewpoint Construction Software to companies around New England.
