J. Lee Associates, Inc., a Marlborough company providing construction services for the wireless communications industry, has been acquired.
The company, which is almost 20 years old, was purchased by Thayer Infrastructure Services, LLC, of Columbus, Ohio, according to a Tuesday press release from Thayer. The Ohio company provides infrastructure services in the power, fiber, and wireless communications construction industries, and J. Lee will join American Cell Enterprises, LLC, one of its operating companies.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
J. Lee’s president James Van Sicklin will continue to oversee the company’s operations, with the help of Tim Luden, CEO of American Cell Enterprises.
“We are excited to be joining forces with the TIS Group family of companies as part of American Cell Enterprises,” Van Sicklin said in a press release. “This presents us with a unique opportunity to grow, provide an opportunity for our employees, and expand our ability to service our customers.”
