Three Marlborough companies will train 153 workers and add 17 new jobs over the next three years thanks to nearly $300,000 in state grants.Â
The grants, from the state’s Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, will go to Atlas Travel & Technology Group, New England Cryogenic Center and New England Optical Systems.
Travel agency Atlas Travel & Technology Group was awarded the largest grant, $174,016, to train 92 workers and add nine jobs.
Defense manufacturing subcontractor New England Optical Solutions will train 24 workers and add six new jobs with a $76,450 grant.Â
Cryogenics lab New England Cryogneics Center was awarded $42,160 for the training of 37 workers and the addition of two new jobs.
