The buildings, known as the Brigham Industrial Park, are located at 19, 41 and 53 Brigham St. off of Route 85 south of downtown. They are mostly fully leased, according to the Lincoln Property Company, which is advertising available space.
Tenants include New England Hydroponics, the industrial equipment seller R. S. Hughes, the drone company American Robotics, and the battery manufacturer Ambri.
The buyer was SBLO Brigham Business Park LLC, which is registered to the address of Stockbridge Real Estate, a firm in San Francisco. The seller was Ivy Brigham Property LLC of Montvale, N.J. The sale closed June 28.
The nearly 14-acre site was last assessed by Marlborough at more than $9.4 million.
