A 3,000-square-foot Marlborough commercial/industrial building has been sold in Marlborough for $235,000.
O’Brien Commercial Properties of Marlborough represented the seller, Peter Wallace. According to state land records, the buyer is Deli Liu of Shrewsbury.
O’Brien said the buyer plans to use the facility as a retail distribution facility and for product development.
The building, located at 178 Cedar Hill St., has 20 percent office finish, has high warehouse bays and a loading dock.
