A 20,000-square-foot industrial building in Marlborough has been sold for $1.45 million.
TMX Property LLC of Hudson bought the building from 72 Cedar Hill Street LLC of Westborough. O’Brien Commercial Properties, which brokered the deal, said the building is fully leased to two tenants.
The city’s online assessor’s database lists the property as a single-story, Class C manufacturing facility. 72 Cedar Hill Street LLC bought it in 2005 for $1.75 million.
