The president of Greater Boston Commercial Properties of Marlborough, Bret O’Brien, represented a newspaper delivery company in arranging leases of warehouse space in Boston, Fall River, and Beverly.
Publishers Circulation Fulfillment delivers newspapers for The Boston Globe, Boston Herald, The Wall Street Journal, and other regional and local papers, the real estate brokerage said in a statement Wednesday.
In order to allow daily delivery to homes and business, the delivery company operates strategically located facilities that receive tractor trailers and box trucks from the newspapers it serves between 2 and 4 a.m.
Publishers Circulation Fulfillment has new leases for 15,000 square feet at 371 Dorchester Ave., Boston; and 6,000 square feet at 5 Probber Lane, Fall River. The company is extending its lease at 128 Park St, Beverly.
