Marlborough auto repair property sold for $1.5M

Harlen Lanes, the owner of Harlen’s Auto Center in Marlborough, purchased the location of Precision Auto Body at 492 South St. in Marlborough for $1.5 million.

Lane intends to use the property for his company, according to Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties in Marlborough, who represented the buyer in the sale.

The property consists of 0.76 acres and has a 8,214-square-foot structure for auto repair. 

The seller, C & E Realty Trust, bought the building in 1988 for $410,000. The property is assessed by the Town of Marlborough for $511,100.
