Talia Apartments, a luxury residential complex in Marlborough with 225 units, has been sold to a Boston-based corporation for $74 million.
The apartments were sold on Friday to Ames Street Owner LLC, according to Middlesex South Registry of Deeds records. Ames Street shares an address and managers with The DSF Group, a residential real estate investment firm, according to Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth records.
DSF owns a number of apartment complexes across the East Coast, according to the company’s website, including complexes in Danvers, Tewksbury, and Malden operating under the Halstead brand name.
The complex was purchased from Fairfield Marlborough LP and MF VAMF II GP LLC, two San Diego-based corporations that share a corporate address with Fairfield Residential, the current operators of Talia.
Talia Apartments were constructed in 2016 and are located at 135-175 Ames St. in Marlborough, directly behind APEX Center of New England, a large commercial development featuring an entertainment complex, restaurants, hotels and retail stores.
