Lots of unemployed people means more competition for jobs, but results of a recent survey indicate that many job seekers aren’t prepared for the hunt.
According to Robert Half International, a temporary employment agency, 82 percent of survey respondents claimed to be prepared to begin a job search.
However, only one in five had updated their resumes in the last three months, and a whopping 44 percent hadn’t updated their resumes in more than a year.
