Philadelphia-based Northeast Building Products has leased a new warehouse in Marlborough following strong sales in the region.
The company, which manufacturers and distributes through wholesale connections vinyl windows and doors as well as fiberglass doors, recently signed a lease for 11,740 square feet at 362 Elm St. in Marlborough, nearly doubling the warehouse space it held previously at another location in Marlborough, according to a representative for the company. Northeast Building Products is seeing more business in the region, the representative said.
The lease was handled by Colliers Boston’s Steve Woelfel and Kevin Brawley.
