Venmill Industries purchased a 28,160-square-foot industrial building in Oxford on April 11 for $1.25 million, according to deed records.
The manufacturer, currently based in Uxbridge, plans to relocate its headquarters to the 36 Town Forest Road site in the next few months, according to Worcester-based Glickman Kovago & Company, which represented the seller.
The building will also be home to Better Rest Solutions, a new company with a cleaning device for continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machines used by people with Sleep Apnea, according to James Glickman, a principal with Glickman Kovago.
The building had been owned since 1996 by Daniels Nominee Trust, affiliated with Edward Simsarian of Worcester and Ransom Daniels of Woonsocket, R.I, according to the deed. The building has five rooms and was constructed in the mid-1980s, according to town records.
Venmill manufactures machines to repair CD, DVD and Blu-Ray discs, Glickman Kovago said, and previously leased space at 28 Town Forest Road in Oxford.
Venmill was represented by Larry Steingold of Providence-based MG Commercial.
