Home to corporate tenants in Hartford’s CBD, the 100 Pearl St. building has been sold to The Silverman Group.
CB Richard Ellis NE Partners negotiated the sale of the building, previously owned by the New Boston Fund. With 281,000 square feet of Class A office space, 100 Pearl, built in 1989, served as the dual headquarters for Mechanics Savings Bank and Bank Boston Connecticut.
Today, the property holds a variety of corporate tenants including Guilford Specialty Group, Regus, Cohn Birnbaum & Shea, Robert Half International and Trust Co. of Connecticut.
