Maine veterinary lab buys its Grafton site for $7M

Idexx Laboratories in Grafton
Idexx Laboratories, a Maine-based veterinary diagnostics and water testing provider, has paid more than $7 million to buy its 30,000-square-foot Grafton site.
Idexx bought the site it was leasing from a limited liability corporation registered to Giannandrea Verri of Boston. Verri is a co-founder and principal of Three 33 Properties, a real estate manager and developer in Gloucester. The deal closed Feb. 26.
The nearly five-acre site last sold in 2013 for $4.1 million.
The site, where the office building was constructed in 2002, was last assessed by the Town of Grafton at just under $3.9 million.
