A trust based in Portland, Maine, has paid $14.3 million for four office buildings in Milford's Bear Hill Business Area.
Tenants on the site include SeraCare, an infectious disease life science company, the software company Psyche Systems and the medical laboratory GenPath. The sites, which include about 164,000 square feet among four buildings on about 13 acres, was last assessed by the Town of Milford at just over $6.7 million.
The buyer is Spinnaker Trust, an investment, trustee services and financial planning firm. The seller was the investment firm Hall Royce of Manchester-by-the-Sea.
The sale of 25 and 37 Birch St. closed July 30.
CORRECTION: An earlier version of this story incorrectly said the sites purchased included a single office building.
