Haley Ward, Inc., a Maine engineering and surveying consulting firm, has acquired Whitman & Bingham Associates, LLC of Leominster and Chelmsford, a surveying and civil engineering company, according to a Monday announcement.
Moving forward, the company will be known as Whitman & Bingham, a division of Haley Ward.
WBA employs 10 staff, which will be integrated into Haley Ward as part of the acquisition, per the announcement, although the company did not say whether all would be retained.
In 2020, the Maine company, then known as CES, Inc., acquired Haley and Ward of Maynard, before then changing its name to Haley Ward, per the announcement. The Whitman & Bingham acquisition is the company’s second in Massachusetts.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
