A 3,000-square-foot property at 891 Main St. in Worcester sold for $330,000, according to Glickman, Kovago & Company, a Worcester-based real estate firm that brokered the deal.
The property was sold by Randy Levine to HT Homesite LLC. David Cohen, a vice president at Glickman, represented Levine, the seller, while Mark Johns, also of Glickman, represented the buyer, Homesite LLC.
According to state records, Homesite LLC was incorporated in May of 2008 and is based in Auburn. Tuyen Nguyen is listed as the resident agent and manager, along with Johnney Nguyen, who is also listed as a manager.
