Main Street bar to be sold for the second time in four years

Moynihan's Pub may soon switch hands.
Moynihan's Pub on Main Street will soon change ownership, according to a petition before Worcester's License Commission.
A public notice announcing Thursday's hearing before the commission indicates current owners Ifendu Enterprises, an LLC registered to Terengo Argaw of Cambridge, are looking to transfer their food and liquor license to Quan Com Ga LLC, a corporation registered to Tram Huynh, of Worcester.
No property sale has yet been logged in public records. The Worcester social media website The016.com first reported the news.
The pub last sold in 2017, when Argaw purchased the property for $250,000.
