Marlborough-based Main Street Bank named former Rollstone Bank chief financial officer Christopher Seidlich as its new executive vice president and CFO.
Seidlich’s first day was April 17.
“I am excited to build upon the strength of Main Street Bank’s long-standing financial position, which in turn, will allow us to do even more for the customers and communities we serve,” Seidlich said in a Tuesday press release from Main Street Bank.
Seidlich most recently served as senior vice president and CFO at Fitchburg-based Rollstone Bank. He earned his bachelor’s degree and MBA at Fitchburg State University and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier School of Banking in Philadelphia.
Seidlich replaces Paul Musgrove, a Montreal native, who left the company to become CFO at Town & Country Federal Credit Union in Maine in March. The move was a return to Maine for Musgrove, who was CFO for South Portland-based Residential Mortgage Services prior to joining Main Street Bank in 2019.
Main Street Bank has $1.5 billion in assets and employs 181 people full-time as of Dec. 31, according to Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. data. It is ranked 11th among banks by Central Mass. deposits as of June 30, 2022, according to data compiled by the WBJ Research Department.
