A Boston man has purchased two Main South apartment buildings in Worcester for about $2.7 million.
According to records with the Worcester County Registry of Deeds, the buildings at 1029-1041 Main St. were sold to Landmark Apartments LLC, a business entity registered to Amit Sachdeo of Boston.
The buildings have 33 units total, according to Apartments.com.
The seller was Harvard-based entity Salisbury Worcester LLC, which purchased the property in 2014 for about $1.18 million.
