Leominster Credit Union has promoted Barbara A. Mahoney to senior vice president of human resources.
Mahoney has been with the credit union since 2003. Before that, she worked for BankBoston for 10 years and then as director of human resources for Allmerica Financial for another 15.
She has a bachelor’s degree in social rehabilitation from Assumption College in Worcester and attended MBA programs at Assumption and Suffolk University in Boston.
She is an advisory board member for Fitchburg nonprofit group LUK Inc.’s mentoring program and is secretary of the parent board at St. Leo School in Leominster.
