Lunenburg mobile home park sold for $1.9M to Maryland investor

The Meadow Woods Mobile Home Park in Lunenburg was purchased by a Maryland investor on Friday, according to the Worcester Northern District Registry of Deeds.

Meadow Woods MHP LLC of Westborough sold the park to Meadow Woods MHC, LLC of Potomac, Maryland for $1.9 million.

Meadow Woods MHC is registered at the address of Bedrock | Group in Potomac, Maryland, a company specializing in the acquisition of manufactured housing communities. 

Bedrock co-founder Austin Berk and Jonathan Wyss, co-founder of Miami-based mobile home park manufacturer Parakeet Communities, are listed on incorporation paperwork for Meadow Woods MHC, according to the filings with the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth.

The 23-acre property is assessed by the Town of Lunenburg for $1.7 million.
