Emerald Place, a roughly 26-acre apartment complex on Lake Whalom in Lunenburg, sold for $76 million on Friday, according to the Worcester North District Registry of Deeds.
The apartments, located from 1 to 56 Carousel Lane, are townhouse-style and rent for $1,800 to $2,425, according to apartment listing service Trulia.
The buyer in Friday’s deal was an entity registered to the CEO of Trinity Property Consultants, a California-based multi-family property consultancy firm.
The seller was Emerald Place Development Co., LLC, which is registered to Robert Farnham of Tewskbury.
There are 154 townhouse units, according to the Town of Lunenburg assessors data. Each one is assessed between $140,000 and $210,000.
