The owner of the Mercantile Center skyscrapers in downtown Worcester has sold two parcels of land used by Reliant Medical Group in Worcester for $7.85 million.
The parcels on the corner of 385 Grove St. and 5 Chadwick St. were sold to an LLC registered to the address of Lundgren Honda in Auburn, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds. Franklin Realty Advisors, based in Wellesley and the owner of several Central Massachusetts properties including the Mercantile Center, sold the land after purchasing it in 2014 for $2.9 million.
The deal with Lundgren officially closed on June 15, according to the registry of deeds.
Included on the land is a 7,000-square-foot parking lot and a 26,300 square foot building that was used as medical space for Reliant Medical Group, according to Worcester’s land assessors data.
Combined, the two parcels are assessed by City of Worcester at almost $3 million.
