Lundgren buys Auburn flex property for $1.7M

A 7,700 square-foot flex property was sold to a trust belonging to Patrick Lundgren for $1.7 million on Thursday.

AAS, LLC of Auburn sold the building, home to a branch of New York-based IT firm ICS Complete, to Patrick Lundgren, trustee of 1 Westec Drive Realty Trust, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.

The facility was built in 2000 and was last sold to AAS for $1 million in 2016.

The Town of Auburn assessed the property for $1,008,800.
