An entity registered to Millennium Holding Group, LLC of Lowell purchased two multifamily properties in Gardner on Friday for a combined $1 million.
Built in 1880, 105-107 Washington St. was sold by Lisa and Timothy Grigg for $520,100, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
The property is assessed by the City of Gardner for $300,000.
Another multifamily property, built in 1905, with 4,146 square feet of living space at 64-66 Peabody St. was sold by MSRC Gardner Portfolio LLC of Shirley for $500,000. It was last sold for $360,000 in 2021 and is assessed for $257,300.
Millennium Holding Group focuses on acquiring multifamily properties and maximizing value by increasing revenue and reducing operating expenses, according to its website. It owns several properties in Gardner, including a 13-unit mixed-use property at 88-98 Main St., which was acquired in May for $526,500.
