Tighe Logistics, a Woburn logistics company, has signed a 84,000-square-foot lease at a building in Clinton, according to the real estate information firm CoStar.
Tighe's lease is for 100 Adams Road, a 344,000-square-foot industrial building just north of the town center and next to UMass Memorial HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital. The site is owned by Boston-based Marcus Partners, which paid nearly $28 million for the site in 2018.
Tighe, which provides warehousing and transportation services, didn't respond to a message seeking comment.

The logistics and warehouse industry has been fast growing in Central Massachusetts, especially along key sites adjacent to highways that offer easy truck access.
Amazon is planning two Worcester warehouses, a 177,000-square-foot warehouse on Goddard Memorial Drive in Worcester and a 121,000-square-foot warehouse at the Greendale Mall after the mall is demolished. Amazon has also leased 600,000 square feet at 330 and 350 Bartlett St. in Northborough and has built out a new 320,000-square-foot space in Milford. In another sign of growing demand, two adjacent warehouses in Bellingham totaling nearly 428,000 square feet sold for a combined $76 million last fall and the Milford Amazon site sold for $53 million.
