Lodestar Foundation Head To Speak In Framingham
Nonprofits from throughout the state are expected to descend on the Framingham Sheraton Hotel Friday for the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network and Associated Grant Makers fall conference.
The day-long event includes a keynote address from Lois Savage, president of the Phoenix, Ariz.-based Lodestar Foundation. Savage was born and raised in Massachusetts. She earned a bachelor's at Vassar College, a master's from Simmons College and a law degree from Boston University.
In addition to Savage's morning address, the day will also include workshops in a variety of areas including collaboration, fund development, leadership, IT and public policy.
