William J. Fay, a sixth-generation funeral director for Callahan and Fay Brothers Funeral Home in Worcester, was recently elected president of the Weymouth-based Massachusetts Funeral Directors Association.
Fay graduated from Saint John’s High School in Shrewsbury and the Mt. Ida New England Institute of Embalming.
The Massachusetts Funeral Directors Association represents more than 500 funeral homes in the state.
