Littleton Firm Moves To Chelmsford

Networking technology firm MRV Communications is moving from Littleton to the Chelmsford Office & Research Park.
The company signed a lease for 21,148 square feet of space in the park and intends to move its operations, which include engineering and customer service teams, to the park, according to Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, the Boston commercial real estate firm that brokered the deal. The park is close to Interstate 495 and Route 3 and offers a full cafeteria and a fitness center.
The park is at 300 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford and is owned by Chelmsford Associates LLC.
Chelmsford Associates was represented by Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. in the transaction.
