An 80,064-square foot-office building in Littleton with high-tech and medical device tenants was sold for $4,375,000, according to the company that represented the seller.
According to SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | BOSTON, Foster Street Acquisitions sold 305 Foster St. in Littleton to 2641-2651 Santa Anna Avenue LLC.
When Foster Street Acquisitions came into ownership of the then-nearly-vacant property in 2010, it implemented a capital improvement program to upgrade the lobby, cafeteria, and common areas, and to add smaller tenant spaces to accommodate startups. At the time of the sale to 2641-2651 Santa Anna Avenue LLC, the property was over 80 percent occupied, according to SVN.
The property, set on just over 10 acres, is located at the intersection of Route 495 and Route 2, and is two minutes away from the Littleton MBTA Commuter Rail stop. The buildings also have access to the I-128 inner loop and the I-495 outer beltways.
