A Littleton building which houses early education center The Learning Experience has been sold for $2.98 million, according to the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds.
The 11,000-square-foot building lies on 1.87 acres at 206 Great Rd. and has 5,000 square feet of outdoor playground space. According to Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, which brokered the deal, The Learning Experience signed a 16-year lease for the building in early 2009 and will remain there for the duration of its lease.
Brokers Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay represented the seller, Omni Ventures 208 Great Road LLC, and Ryan Cockerill and Simon Jonna represented the buyer, Charles Kunz, in the Dec. 31 deal.
