Boxborough-based Lightower Fiber Networks has completed its acquisition of Veroxity Technology Partners of Westford.
The acquisition adds more than 2,000 miles of fiber optic cable to Lightower’s current 4,500-mile network. It also increases Lightower’s presence in data centers and commercial buildings in New England, New York and New Jersey.
Venture-backed Lightower said the deal will also give it access to markets in Chicago, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Denver and several other western cities.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
