Leominster-based Wachusett Wealth Management has been acquired by a Woburn firm, the two companies announced today.
Pinnacle Private Wealth, of Woburn, which provides wealth strategies for businesses and individuals, said the principals of Wachusett Wealth - Gerry and Danielle Fagnant – will join the Pinnacle team.
This is the first merger for Pinnacle, which was founded in 2009 by managing partners Daniel Cotton and Myles Dudley. Under terms of the arrangement, Wachusett Wealth’s Leominster office, at 14 Monument Sq., will become a second location for Pinnacle. Gerry Fagnant will continue to run the office as managing partner for Pinnacle. Danielle Fagnant will join the company’s operations department.
In a statement released by the two firms, Gerry Fagnant called the merger of the two firms a “great move.
“I have always sought to create a team approach to investments. And, after an expanded search, we found Pinnacle Private Wealth to be the ideal choice for us as we sought to move in this direction.”
