A Framingham real estate company purchased a 102,000-square-foot, fully leased industrial warehouse in Leominster for $5.9 million, according to the Worcester North District Registry of Deeds.
A firm registered to AIS Development on Worcester Road in Framingham bought the warehouse in a deal closing Sept. 16. The company has a wide portfolio of industrial, office, and retail commercial real estate throughout the region, including the Shoppes at Blackstone Valley in Millbury and Camco Manufacturing’s headquarters on Pioneer Drive in Leominster.
The 111 Crawford St. warehouse is located on roughly 4.6 acres of land and is 100% leased, according to LoopNet, with tenants such as sheet metal contractors New England Fabricated Metals.
The property was sold by the Crawford Realty Trust, which is controlled by Richard Kohn and Bradford Spencer, who both work in commercial real estate in Greater Boston. The pair bought the warehouse in 2006 for $3.3 million. It is assessed by the City of Leominster at just over $2.3 million.
