A distribution center on Jytek Drive in Leominster, home to the company Electro Wire, has sold for just under $7.5 million.
Electro Wire, a manufacturer and distributor of wire and cable products, is not affected by the sale, the company said.
The seller is a limited liability company registered to Mickey Hamano, the president of Electro Wire. The 75,000-square-foot building and the 2.5-acre property was bought by a limited liability company registered to Phillip Smith of Cambridge.
The sale closed May 15.
