Leominster Credit Union will be changing its name to All One Credit Union come Monday in an effort to better reflect its mission, vision, and diverse community of service.
“We decided to change our name to better represent our mission, vision, and the diverse communities we serve. This change marks our commitment to innovation, growth, and inclusion,” LCU wrote in a Friday post on its website.
While LCU’s website and mobile app will be updated to reflect its rebranding, all online banking and mobile app login details will stay the same. The credit union has 10 locations across Central Massachusetts in Clinton, Fitchburg, Holden, Leominster, and Worcester, including three high school branches.
LCU is the sixth largest credit union in Central Massachusetts when ranked by assets as of March 31, according to data compiled by WBJ’s Research Department. With $912.2 million in assets, the credit union accumulated $2.01 million in net income in 2023 with 37,911 members and 138 full time employees.
LCU’s current CEO Barbara Mahoney is one of just two female leaders amongst the 10 largest credit unions in the region and LCU’s first female CEO.
LCU members’ routing and account numbers will remain unchanged under the rebrand, and there will be no disruptions to branch operating hours.
Members who order checks after Oct. 7 will receive checks with the credit union’s new name, though existing checks and debit and credit cards will remain valid. Debit cards with the new redesigned branding will be issued in Spring 2025.
