Leominster Credit Union Opens New HQ

Leominster Credit Union cut the ribbon on a new 30,000-square-foot headquarters in downtown Leominster this week while giving out nearly $7,000 in community donations.

Local officials joined with bank representatives to celebrate the opening of the new building, which is connected to one of the credit union’s existing branches on Adams Street in Leominster.

Also at the event, which about 300 people attended on Tuesday, bank officials announced $6,000 worth of scholarships to six college-bound students and a $1,000 donation to the Leominster High School jazz band.

The credit union has about 39,000 members and $540 million in assets. It has six branches in Leominster, Worcester, Clinton, Holden, Sterling and North Leominster.
