Lenze SE of Germany has appointed Chuck Edwards as president of Lenze Americas, which includes Lenze-AC Tech, and promoted Eric Klein to director of sales for the Americas.
Edwards, who will be based in Uxbridge, has more than 30 years of experience in industrial automation and management. He has a bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering from Purdue University and a master's degree in engineering management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He is a member of the Dean's Executive Council for the College of Technology at Purdue.
Klein was previously the company's Northeast regional sales director. He has worked for Lenze-AC Tech for four years. Before that, he spent 16 years at Toshiba and four years at Reliance Electric.
He has a bachelor's degree in engineering from Cornell University.
Kline lives with his wife, Jody, and three children, Nathaniel, Emma and Max, in Newton.
