Lendia Inc., a Marlboro-based outsource solutions provider to financial institutions that originate residential mortgages, announced that Corinne Smith will join the team as director of fulfillment operations.
In her new position, Smith will be responsible for managing the loan processing and underwriting functions that support originators. Smith has worked in the industry for more than a decade.
Prior to joining Lendia, Smith was vice president of processing and closing at Sherwood Mortgage Group Inc., a mortgage lender and broker with offices throughout the northeast and Florida.
