The Leicester Garden Apartments at 1671 Main St. in Leicester sold on Wednesday for $4 million, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
The complex, built in 1958, has two buildings on more than three acres containing 24 one- and two-bedroom apartments, according to the real estate data website CoStar.
The buyer was SREC Leicester, LLC, a company registered to another entity, AWF Acquisitions, LLC. Both companies list a Boston law firm Partridge Snow & Hahn, LLC as their address, according to their filings with the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth.
The seller was Nasar, LLC of Medway, who last purchased the property in 2003 for $1.5 million, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
The Town of Leicester assesses the property at $2.2 million.
